Can't say enough good things
Getting a new roof is not something anyone looks forward to. It is complicated and could easily become overwhelming without the right level of communication and support. That was never a even a concern with JTO. Their team made the entire process incredibly easy. They were informative, timely, always easy to contact, and communicated incredibly well throughout the entire process. We never felt in the dark, and anyways knew exactly what to expect. During construction, their crew was professional, clean, and worked efficiently. The job started and ended on time, and there were zero hidden fees or unwanted surprises. The follow-up support related to insurance paperwork was equally as professional. I have zero hesitation in recommending JTO. Great company and great people. Our roof looks GREAT!
