JTO Saved My Historical Home!
JTO saved my historical home! After several frustrating dead-ends with other roofers, I was lucky enough to find Paul at JTO roofing. Paul went above and beyond taking time with me to explain every detail of the process. I was even invited to the office to meet the rest of the JTO staff, including Holly who was equally as professional and kind. They can about their employees and it shows! They did not use sub-contractors on my roof, but their own employees. That alone shows what values the company has. There is a humble family feel to this team, and they will treat you like you are part of it. JTO took time to put care and effort into reroofing my historical home (pre-1887!). Most contractors do not have the expertise to step outside typical moden subdivisions nor do they appreciate the charm and fragility of historic homes. Prior to JTO I had several active leaks inside. I can now say I have gone through two hurricanes with not a single drop. The roof looks amazing and I could not be happier, or more comforted, with my decision to go to JTO. Not only are they extremely thorough and professional, they are active members of the community and care about Sanford and it's residents. This is not a fly-by-night company that takes advantage of Florida residents. They are truly the best local choice, and I hope you have the opportunity to work with this team.

I am totally impressed at JTO for coming out to inspect my roof after the hurricanes. I had them put a new roof on in 2021. The professionalism to step up and take care of their customers is beyond words can say! They let me know that my roof was good, not damaged in the hurricane. Thank you for caring!

JTO Roofing represented by manager Dustin Cresswell showed excellent performance from beginning to end. We saw the work done on homes in our neighborhood and called for an initial assessment. Dustin met with us and we were very pleased and encouraged by his being so courteous, helpful, patient and professional explaining the whole process from beginning to end to the extent of our understanding including quality materials and fair pricing. Paul and JTO were referred to me through my father. They replaced his roof a few years ago and he couldn’t say enough good things. We needed a life expectancy report on our roof for our insurance company. That’s how we met Paul. He was so professional and personable, and knowledgeable. It really stuck with us. Fast forward a couple of years, we had a terrible hailstorm and I remembered Paul and kept his number. I called him and he was out to check our property/roof within a couple of days. After checking the area, and the roof it was clear we had a lot of damage. We filed a claim with our ins company. When their adjuster came to review the claim, Paul was here to meet him and answer any questions. The adjuster agreed with the assessment of damages and our claim was approved. Once the roof color was approved the JTO team was here just a couple of days later at first light. From Neil delivering the dumpster to store the discarded materials, Pedro and crew who worked tirelessly all day to get the job done and did great work, Neilson who did the screens,Toby who managed the project and was amazing, Paul who was our rock and guided us through every step of the process with integrity, patience, and sage advice, Holly and Michelle who do a lot of the unseen work with the ins companies and getting everything approved and keeping you in the loop with all communications. All wonderful people who do great work and treat you like family. Ty JTO! I would recommend JTO to everyone.
A New Roof Above Me
JTO Roofing represented by Account Manager Dustin Cresswell who was the hands on manager for my new roof did an A+ job. He was understanding of our needs, listened attentively, and explained in plain terms the complexities of new roof construction. There were no pressure tactics, fair price, quality materials, and minor issues settled with promptness, understanding, and to our entire satisfaction. His roofing crew were entirely professional and efficient. My wife and I were thrilled and impressed with the ease of JTO services as represented and managed by Dustin Cresswell. A Professional Job from Beginning to End
After getting several quotes for having the roof on my 70 year old home replaced, I decided on JTO to do the job. They returned my phone calls quickly, set a time to meet, then went over several roofing options. They were very thorough and even walked the roof with me to point out areas that needed repair. They showed up on the scheduled start date and completed the job quickly even after finding additional damaged wood and areas that needed reworking. Everyone from the project manager to the workers conducted themselves in a professional manner and took the time to listen to my questions and requests. I will definitely use them again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
Exceptional customer service
We randomly received a letter from our insurance company stating we needed a new roof. JTO Roofing was one of many we called to get an evaluation. Dustin Cresswell was awesome and provided the necessary letter and photos clearly stating our roof was in great condition. Other contractors verbally stated the same but none would put it in writing. Our insurance provider accepted the analysis without hesitation and cleared us for renewal for years to come. Thank you Dustin!!
