Mr. Bob Stout, JTO Contracting, Inc. is the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable project manager I've ever had the pleasure to meet, work with and consider a brother and friend. From our first meeting he consistently kept me informed on all aspects of the work, options and progress via text and phone calls. As a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, I can emphatically state the Bob is a true Patriot, Professional and I would go to combat with him by my side tomorrow, he is that professional. All work performed was of the absolute highest standard of EXCELLENCE and QUALITY. All work performed was on my 93 year old English Mum's home. My wife and I were involved in every step of the process consulting with Bob on every step and take full responsibility for any misunderstanding between Bob and my Mum on the final total cost.
