Roof Replacement
A leaking pool solar system was letting water into this East Orlando home and causing serious interior damage, and a valley other contractors had tried to fix was still leaking. On an older roof, another patch wasn't the answer, so we removed the worn-out pool solar unit and installed a complete new JTO roof.

The homeowner on Desert Forest Court in East Orlando called JTO Roofing & Solar because water was getting into the house and causing major damage inside. When we inspected the roof, we found two separate leak sources.
The first was the pool solar heating system on the roof. The unit was in poor condition and leaking. The second was a valley, the channel where two roof slopes meet, that other contractors had already tried and failed to fix.
The roof itself was older. Patching around the pool solar unit and taking one more shot at the valley would only have bought a little time. Replacing the roof let us fix both leak sources properly and give the homeowner a roof with years of life ahead of it instead of another round of repairs.
We removed the old pool solar unit and hauled it away in the dumpster, tore off the old roof, and installed a complete new JTO roof with new architectural shingles, including the valley that had been leaking. The project was completed in April 2023.
