Project Overview

This project on Couperin Boulevard in Pine Hills came to JTO Roofing & Solar the best way possible: a referral from a neighbor who was already a JTO customer. The homeowner had seen our work nearby and already knew his own roof was in poor condition and due for replacement.

The old gray shingles were heavily streaked with dark algae staining and worn across the main slopes, well past the point where repairs made sense.

What We Did

We gave the homeowner a clear estimate, then tore off the old roof and installed a new architectural shingle roof in a dark charcoal color across the house, including the roof over the front entry.

Results

The home now has a uniform dark roof that looks sharp against the brick and bright trim, and the homeowner no longer has to worry about the aging roof over his head.
